Temperatures dropped to single digits on Friday night in New York City, but those welcomed into Wesley Stace's Cabinet of Wonders were offered a warm respite from the blustery city.

After a heavy-hitting first day of Outside Lands Festival day two proved just as enthralling in a different way. Where the acts of day one were largely upbeat, those performing the festival’s second day proved more lowkey and indie but still fantastic in their own way. 

Fort Lowell Records has announced a November 5 release for the compilation album Luz de Vida II: A Compilation to Benefit Homicide Survivors, and released Gabriel Naïm Amor's "La Nuit Pour Nous Deux" today on all streaming platforms. The album was featured at Consequence and Glide Magazine this week, and will be released in partnership with Homicide Survivors, Inc and JFCS of Southern Arizona to coincide with the All Souls Procession Weekend of November 5-7.

This August, LOCKN’ fans are invited to embark on a new journey called LOCKN’ FARM SUMMER 2021, a concert series featuring three weekends of live music, food, activities, and camping under the stars. LOCKN’ Farm Summer 2021 will be held August 13 – 15, August 20 – 22, and August 27 – 29, at LOCKN’ Farm (formerly known as Infinity Downs Farm), LOCKN’s 387-acre property located at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Arrington, VA.

Quickly becoming one of the most anticipated music festivals in the nation, The Forecastle Festival is back for another big year with headlining acts The Avett Brothers, Alabama Shakes, and Death Cab for Cutie down on the waterfront in Louisville, Kentucky on July 15-17. Other promising performances include Ryan Adams, Ben Harper and the Innocent Criminals, Grouplove, The Arcs, Gary Clark Jr., and Dr. Dog. The festival will also feature several late night shows including 23 String Band and RJD2 with John Dose.
