New Orleans' Dumpstaphunk releases the Cut Chemist remix of their latest single “Justice 2020" featuring Chali 2na and Trombone Shorty TODAY on all digital platforms.

New Orleans funk powerhouse Dumpstaphunk announces their new album Where Do We Go From Here, set to release on April 23, 2021 (via Mascot Label Group / The Funk Garage). The release marks the band’s first full-length album in seven years, and undeniably the most powerful and politically pointed of their career.

Today, on the precipice of the 2020 presidential election, New Orleans funk ensemble Dumpstaphunk releases “Justice 2020 featuring Chali 2na and Trombone Shorty,” the second single off their forthcoming album Where Do We Go From Here. “Justice 2020” is a brand-new version of the group’s previous single “Justice,” which was released after the 2016 presidential election and became an unofficial anthem of the social justice movement.

Today, on the eve of the 15th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, New Orleans’ funk ensemble, Dumpstaphunk releases “Where Do We Go From Here,” the first single and title-track off their forthcoming album. The song is available on all digital platforms worldwide; listen by visiting the link HERE
 

City Parks Foundation is thrilled to announce the 2019 season of Capital One City Parks Foundation SummerStage, New York City's largest free outdoor performing arts festival, bringing nearly 100 free and benefit shows to Central Park and 17 neighborhood parks throughout the five boroughs. There's something intangible about a first-time festival, and the community it brings together to celebrate the universal love language -- music. Suwannee Rising did just that last week, April 4-6, gifting roughly 3,500 visitors to the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park with a brand new experience under the trees of Live Oak, FL. 

Arise Music Festival’s eighth year was nothing short of passionate, creative and completely unified. There was no service on Sunrise Ranch, but a way deeper connection was found throughout attendees.

The fields began filling early Friday morning with a line of anticipated festival goers waiting to Arise to their fullest potential not only as music fans, but to thrive as a collective throughout the grounds.

Ivan Neville of New Orleans’ first family of funk and Cris Jacobs, the soulful Baltimore-bred bandleader and songwriter, have joined forces to collaborate on their first full length, self-titled, nine song album. Neville Jacobs will release their debut on September 28th via Harmonized Records.
