Terrapin Crossroads and Paper Moon Presents are excited to unveil the lineup for the final stop of the Terrapin Roadshow Northern California concert series—the August 17 concert at the Truckee Amphitheater. Nicki Bluhm and Jackie Greene will join this special late afternoon/evening of music alongside Grahame Lesh, Jeremy Hoenig, Ross James, Adam MacDougall, and JP McLean. Opening the show is Broken Compass, an up-and-coming string band that’s quickly making a name for itself.

Grahame Lesh, son of the legendary Grateful Dead bassist Phil Lesh, is a gifted musician who has carved out his own space in the music world while continuing to honor his family’s rich legacy. A talented guitarist and vocalist, Grahame is perhaps best known as a founding member of the band Midnight North, among numerous other projects. Over the years, he has collaborated with a wide range of artists, including notable Grateful Dead alumni and musical icons.
Today, March 15th, 2025, the cosmic calendar turns to a date that holds both sweetness and melancholy—what would have been the 85th birthday of the inimitable Phil Lesh. Though he left our earthly stage last October, Phil’s spirit reverberates powerfully through the music world, a sonic beacon for those who seek magic in every note.

Bob and Patti first played together in 1995 in a big band at San Francisco’s Fillmore Auditorium, doing arrangements of Grateful Dead music. That one performance made them know they had connected. They went on to separate projects, but their musical paths crossed again in the first months of Covid, which sent both looking for a musical relationship amid the isolation of the pandemic. Patti shared a CD of ragas that she had just recorded.
