American jamtronica pioneers Lotus are thrilled to announce the dates and lineup for the sixteenth annual Summerdance music festival. Once again returning to the picturesque Nelson Ledges Quarry Park in Garrettsville, Ohio, the festival runs from August 30 through September 1, 2024. The Spring tour continued in Harrisburg, PA this week as Spafford made sure to acknowledge the recent passing of legendary musician Dickey Betts in their performance at XL Live.  Guitarist Brian Moss started into the Betts written classic "In Memory of Elizabeth Reed" before launching into the spacey original "In the Eyes of Thieves."  As the band hit a pocket of stellar jamming midway through the song, Moss again injected the iconic riffs from the old time ballad.

Spafford's Spring Tour continued through Leesburg, VA this week with a rocking performance at the Tally Ho Theater.  The jamming juggernauts flexed their musical muscles once again with incredible 'type 2' improvisational pieces including originals "Night After Night," and combo of "It's a Bunch" into the jazzy classic "Lonely."

The Broadberry in Richmond, VA hosted Spafford on Wednesday night for a stellar opener to the 2024 Spring Tour.  The first set was full of high energy jams, highlighted by a twenty-seven minute version of "Broken Wing," an original song recently released on the LP Simple Mysteries (2022).  Guitarist and vocalist Brian Moss guides this high energy song to the next level with driving solos and euphoric peaks.

Spafford, the dynamic quartet known for their electrifying jams, is gearing up for a triumphant return to the scenic backdrop of I Bar Ranch in Gunnison, CO. Following last summer's unforgettable performance, the band is set to headline a two-day camping festival from July 12-13, promising another round of epic musical adventures.
