The Disco Biscuits’ annual Colorado Bisco Inferno run is officially in the books, and what a weekend it was. Beginning with a three-night run at Denver’s Ogden Theatre, and capped by a massive performance Sunday night at the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheater, the Philadelphia quartet delivered top-notch jams, bust-outs, and covers that had even the most experienced Biscuits fans reeling for more.

Welcome back to Summer Camp!  This year promises to deliver big name acts as well as local heroes. Some of the most memorable collaborations of the past have primed us for this year’s fest. Not only does the 17th annual Summer Camp Music Festival feature 2 nights of Moe. and Umphrey’s McGee but 2018 will bring Phil Lesh & the Terrapin Family Band as well as Los Lobos, Greensky Bluegrass, and Leftover Salmon.

Today, Spafford unveil their highly anticipated sophomore studio album, For Amusement Only, now available everywhere. This marks the band's first studio effort – and first ever LP release – in nearly 6 years.

There's been quite a bit of buzz ever since Spafford announced their sophomore studio effort, For Amusement Only, the band's first proper record in nearly 6 years.

It has been nearly 6 years since Spafford's self-titled debut record and much has happened in that time frame for the quickly ascending band hailing out of Phoenix, AZ. Today, Spafford announces plans for a follow-up studio record, For Amusement Only, due out May 4th, 2018.

Grateful Web recently spoke with Spafford keyboardist Red Johnson between soundcheck and dinner at Terrapin Crossroads on March 4th, 2017 (review).  Red offered plenty of Spafford insights and motivations.

Spafford, the improvisational musical wizards from down Phoenix way, swept through Marin County, California, on their latest tour, touching down for a weekend of songs and jamming at Terrapin Crossroads.

Levitate Music Festival is proud to announce jam-rock quartet Spafford as the final addition of to its 2018 lineup happening July 7th-8th, 2018. The Arizona-based four-piece is self-described as “electrofunk therapy,” and can be characterized by their strong vocals, tight harmonies, catchy tunes, captivating live shows, and immense improvisational abilities. Spafford will be joining previously announced headliners such as Trey Anastasio Band and The Head And The Heart, as well as Slightly Stoopid, Rebelution, Lake Street Dive, Stick Figure, and more.

It is nearly a month out from their San Rafael, CA play and Spafford have sold-out their single night at Terrapin Crossroads. Due to the overwhelming demand, the band now adds a second night at Phil Lesh's famed venue. Spafford will now play a 2-night run over Saturday, March 3rd (sold out) and Sunday, March 4th, 2018, dates along their "For Amusement Only" tour, going on now.

Spafford has already announced 17 dates for their headlining 2018 winter tour, ‘For Amusement Only,’ and today, the band shares 12 additional dates, this time across the West Coast.
