Known for its eclectic blend of music, food, and art, the 35th Anniversary of the Lowell Folk Festival returns in person July 29-31. With a musical lineup of acts from around the world, the festival will once again renew its rich history in showcasing the many tastes of Lowell’s diverse communities. This year’s festival will feature 18 ethnic food stands operated by local non-profit community groups, each offering a different traditional cuisine that showcases their heritage.

Today, Bob Mould announces a July 30th make-up show in Seattle, WA and new run of shows in September. The new leg travels from the Rocky Mountain states to the Southwestern US and Texas; from Bozeman, Montana to Austin, Texas. The previously announced dates for the tour begin October 7 in Louisville, KY. Will Johnson will provide support for September shows and H.C. McEntire will return to the tour for October. Having grown from playing open jams at the college bars around Athens, Ohio, to headlining multiple Red Rocks concerts and carving their own unique sound into a growing scene of jamtronica music, there is plenty to celebrate and the band has a lot of exciting things in the works. 

Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band will kick off their 2023 international tour with 31 performances across the United States; spanning from February 1 in Tampa, Florida through an April 14 homecoming in Newark, New Jersey before heading to Europe. The shows will mark Springsteen and The E Street Band's first tour dates since February 2017, and their first in North America since September 2016.

In celebration of the Talking Heads' iconic 1980 record ‘Remain in Light,’ which peaked at 19 on the Billboard Top 200 upon release, original member Jerry Harrison and noted touring member Adrian Belew will perform songs from this monumental period of the band's history at LA’s The Wiltern on September 29th.

North Beach Music Festival returns for its second year this December 9th–11th, 2022, and will once again take over the Miami Beach Bandshell and the adjacent Bandshell Park.

Marco Benevento has announced a West Coast tour this coming October. The 11-date run supports the Woodstock, NY-based artist's new studio album, simply titled, Benevento, out now on Royal Potato Family. Benevento—joined by his band featuring bassist Karina Rykman and drummer Chris Corsico—will kick off the tour at Pappy Harriet's in Pioneertown, CA followed by five additional California shows, including stops at Casbah in San Diego, Teragram Ballroom in Los Angeles and The Chapel in San Francisco.

The Peach Music Festival casually moved into day four, with the Black Crowes and The Word headlining this final day. Clear skies allowed the music to rage with out a hitch. Many folks left early today, and the crowd density was much less.
