Erin Chapin, Caitlin Gowdey and Vanessa May, the dynamic acoustic trio known as the Rainbow Girls, have already emerged as a much-loved live act on their California home turf, having performed in such legendary venues as the Fillmore, the Troubadour and the Great American Music Hall, as well as appearing at notable festivals including Live Oak, High Sierra, Joshua Tree Music Festival, and the digital detox getaway, Camp Grounded.

The 8th Annual Festy Experience takes place October 5-8, 2017 in the Blue Ridge Bowl at Infinity Downs Farm, a 387-acre property in Arrington, Virginia (also the new home of LOCKN' Festival) at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The Festy aims to give the ultimate laid back festival experience which is fun for the entire family: camping, outdoor activities, craft food and beer, daily yoga, the 22nd Annual Blue Ridge Burn (5k/10k), and stellar music!

Jon Stickley Trio combines Jon Stickley’s rapid-fire flatpicking guitar with the sultry and wild, yet refined, melodies of Lyndsay Pruett on violin set over the deep groove of Patrick Armitage on drums.
 

III Points Music, Art & Technology Festival announces its daily lineups, including Gorillaz, Richie Hawtin CLOSE and Arca + Jesse Kanda on Friday, October 13, Nicolas Jaar, Kaytranada and Mark Ronson vs Kevin Parker (Tame Impala) on Saturday, October 14 and The xx, Bonobo (live) and RÜFÜS DU SOL on Sunday, October 15.

To coincide with the 50th Anniversary of the death of legendary folk singer Woody Guthrie, two concerts dedicated to celebrating his life and work will be held in early October.

Woody Guthrie: Songs of Freedom, will be performed at the Caravan Music Club on Sunday 1 October, the Spotted Mallard on Friday 6 October and the Newport Bowl Club on Saturday 2 December, all spearheaded by Strange Tenants frontman Bruce Hearn.
