January 2025

The Freddy Jones Band is marking a year of milestones in 2025, celebrating 30 years of their groundbreaking album North Avenue Wakeup Call and 10 years of their critically acclaimed album Never Change. Both albums were produced by multi-Grammy-winning producer Justin Neibank, whose work with artists like Taylor Swift, Little Big Town, and Keith Urban has left a lasting impact on the music industry.

British blues-rock sensation Joanne Shaw Taylor has announced the upcoming release of her highly anticipated 10th studio album, Black & Gold, arriving June 6th via Joe Bonamassa’s Journeyman Records. Reuniting with iconic producer Kevin Shirley (Iron Maiden, Journey, Joe Bonamassa), the album showcases Taylor’s bold creativity, blending blues-rock with influences from Americana, indie rock, and retro ‘80s pop.

“One morning I was playing golf with a buddy from Georgia down at McCabe Golf Course in Nashville when he turned to me and said that there should be a song about wishing that the streets of gold in Heaven could be streets of Red, referring to the red clay down in Georgia,” remembers Arkansan singer-songwriter JD Clayton. Wheels turning, Clayton went home, picked up his guitar, and finished writing his new single “Dirt Roads of Red” in under an hour.
