Spoon's Jim Eno Launches Public Hi-Fi Records

Jim Eno - drummer for Spoon and producer of artists including Telekinesis, !!!, Heartless Bastards, and The Relatives - has launched Public Hi-Fi Records, a label extension of his Austin, TX studio. Like his recent Spotify Sessions with The Shins, Father John Misty, Poliça, and Tennis, among others, the label will be entirely curated by Eno. He will also produce and engineer each release, with a focus on sonic quality.

This year Palisade is celebrating it’s 5th year of hosting the Palisade Bluegrass and Roots Festival in Riverbend Park with headliners Justin Townes Earle, The Devil Makes Three, Joy Kills Sorrow, Pokey LaFArge and Paper Bird. Set among the stately cottonwoods along the banks of the Colorado River, and situated against the backdrop of Mt. Garfield, the Bookcliffs and the Grand Mesa, the Festival’s outdoor setting is second to none. PB&R is bringing some of the best traditional and contemporary Americana musicians to the Grand Valley over the three-day Festival.
