Midnight North has released the second single from Selections from Levon Helm Studios. “As soon as Elliott showed us her original demo for “Coyote”, I knew the pressure was on us to perform this amazing song in a way that lived up to the magic of its composition. When we began working up the song, our November show at the mythical Levon Helm Studios became a dream debut opportunity for us," shared Grahame Lesh.

Bay Area staples and coast-to-coast road warriors, Midnight North, are pleased to announce the release of a new live album, Selections from Levon Helm Studios. The album was recorded live at their show at the iconic barn in Upstate New York on November 9, 2019. The album is due out May 20 on Americana Vibes.

Saturday night, Phil Lesh and Friends closed out their three-night Colorado run with a final stop at the picturesque Planet Bluegrass in Lyons, Colorado. Following two magical nights in Dillon and Vail, the group concluded the transcendental trifecta to a sold-out crowd under a near full moon, clear skies, and perfect temperatures.

Midnight North, the Bay Area roots and folk act, has released their latest single, “Silent Lonely Drifter” today on Americana Vibes. The song is the final in a series of singles off the band’s forthcoming album There’s Always a Story.

The gestalt theory of "the whole is more than the sum of its parts,” was in evidence in Sonoma County, California, on May 22, as the so-called Tree of Life Band delivered a dandy of a benefit show. The group was a one-time conglomerate in support of the Tree of Life Fund, which supports children and young adults living with profound developmental disabilities.

Midnight North kicked off its 2021 live-stage endeavors on April 18, with a masked and physically distanced performance at their original home base, Terrapin Crossroads. The concert was the band’s first show back since the Covid-19 proliferation and leaned heavily on the band’s newly released album, “There’s Always a Story.”
